Country Campsites & Michael Dee’s Motel is hiring a dependable Maintenance & Grounds Support team member for the 2026 season.

This role supports the overall appearance and operation of our resort property in East Durham, NY.

Season:

Late April through October
Potential for extended work depending on performance and availability.

Responsibilities:

• General property maintenance
• Light repairs and upkeep
• Painting and staining projects
• Lawn care and gardening
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Assisting with cabin and facility preparation
• Basic troubleshooting and upkeep tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable and self-motivated
• Basic maintenance skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks
• Takes pride in keeping property clean and well-maintained

Country Campsites & Michael Dee’s Motel in the Catskill Mountains of New York is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional for the upcoming season.
This is a key position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our motel rooms, tiny cabins, and occasional private residence cleaning.
Season:
Late April through October
Year-round house cleaning may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare motel rooms and tiny cabins between guests
• Perform detailed turnovers to high hospitality standards
• Restock supplies and ensure rooms are guest-ready
• Maintain organized cleaning systems
• Occasional private residence cleaning
Qualifications:
• Responsible and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Physically capable of cleaning duties
• Professional attitude and appearance
