Campground Policy (RV Only)
• RV camping only. No tent camping permitted.
• No additional tents may be set up on sites.

Seasonal Campsites Policy
To reserve and maintain a seasonal campsite:
• Seasonal guests must confirm yearly renewal with management by September 20.
• Payment must be received by October 15.
• RVs not paid by October 15 must be removed by October 20.
• RVs not in compliance may be removed by Country Campsites.
Site Use, Cleanliness & Storage
• Seasonal sites must be kept neat and clean. All food and garbage must be properly removed and disposed of.
• Outside storage is not permitted (no boxes, tubs, or piles of items—tarps do not qualify as “storage”).
• Debris/material left on site may be removed and disposed of by Country Campsites at the guest’s expense.
• Excess building material must be used or removed in a timely manner.
• Pallets are not permitted on site at any time.
Decks / Sheds / Construction
• Decks and sheds may be permitted only with management approval.
• Plans must be submitted and approved before construction begins.
• Additional charges may apply and a building security deposit may be required.
Vehicles & Parking
• Maximum 2 vehicles per campsite.
• Additional vehicles are $25 per night.
Pets (Seasonal Sites)
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
• Outside cats are not permitted.
• Maximum of 2 dogs per site. No exceptions.
RV Condition / Leaks
• RVs must be maintained in safe, functional condition.
• Electrical issues and/or water/septic leaks may result in temporary removal from occupancy until repairs are completed by a certified repair person and the RV is cleared for operation.
Responsibility / Removal
• Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves, their children, or their pets—up to and including any costs related to RV removal/transport and legal fees.
• Upon removal of an RV, the guest must remove all decks, sheds, and vehicles at the same time.
• Once an RV is removed, possession of the site returns to the campground. Any costs incurred by the campground for removal/disposal of property are the guest’s responsibility.
• Country Campsites is not responsible for damage to RVs.

Visitor / Guest Policy
• We do not charge a guest fee. Visitors are welcome when accompanied by the registered guest/site owner.
• Subletting is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to change or update policies as needed.
• Parties under the party tents are permitted with prior authorization and require a $50 clean-up deposit. If the area is properly cleaned, the deposit will be returned.

Pet Policy (Motel / Cabins / Campground)
• Most pets are welcome, but must be approved by the office prior to arrival.
• Pets must be kept under control at all times.
• Pets may not be left unattended in rooms, cabins, or RVs for extended periods.
• Please clean up after your pet. Owners are responsible for any damages.
Dog Fee: $25 per dog, per night
Limit: 2 dogs maximum
Cats: Not permitted
Pool Policy
Pool use is for Motel, Tiny Cabin, and Campground guests only.
• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised; an adult must accompany children in the pool area.
• Pool Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily (seasonal; typically May–September, weather permitting)
• No dogs and no glass in the pool area. No exceptions.
• No diving, running, or roughhousing.
• Please do not leave garbage in the pool area.

Quiet Hours / Noise
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Music is allowed, but please keep volume low and avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM.
• Be courteous and respectful of other guests at all times.

The following are not permitted on the property:
• Fireworks
• BB guns / pellet guns
• Chainsaws
• ATVs/quads, dirt bikes, and recreational motorized vehicles
